MY BURNOUT HEALING PROGRAMME

Healing from burnout can take from several months up to several years, depending on its severity. 

It requires new approaches, changes of attitudes, probably learning new skills and techniques, perseverance and time. But the rewards of each small step can be felt instantly. One by one, they help to pave the road to renewed health and energy.

My burnout healing programme:

There are seven areas on which to focus. All are equally important and can be attended to in parallel. The goal is to revive ourselves and to reinstall harmony between the mental, emotional and physical - our mind, soul and body, to ground us and reconnect us with our living environment, creating free space for our new personal development. Below, you will find the outlines and goals for each area. Feel free to get inspired. And one more thing: There is no need to wait until it is too late. This burnout healing programme can of course be used to avoid and prevent burnout as well!
