If you are feeling burnt out, go back to strong Nature. Experience the beauty which we are part of. It will help you in burnout recovery. Because we ARE Nature, being in strong, healthy Nature will harmonise, ground and recharge you. The more exhausted and burnt out you feel, the stronger the Nature you will need to seek. Expose yourself to the elements - sunshine, wind, waves, rain, snow. Just be there, breathe, look around, listen, smell, feel, walk slowly, hike mindfully, dip your hands in a stream, take off your shoes, lie down on the Earth, feel how you are supported and look up at the sky. 

Here is a small gallery of Alpine wildflowers, to inspire you to reconnect with Mother Nature. We all need her. She needs us too.
