TOOLS
Healing from burnout requires using a wide spectrum of tools. Some are intuitive things to do, some need a little learning and some are therapies that it might be beneficial to undergo.
The following is an alphabetic list of selected topics, therapies and activities which can be useful to you on your recovery road from burnout. Simply "Find what feels good" (thank you Adriene Mishler for this wise motto) and look it up on the Internet or elsewhere. Do you need more explanation and support? Ask for my mentoring.
You probably know other tools too. Feel free to e-mail me your favourite choices on info@onlineburnoutclinic.com so we can continue extending the list.
